The project involved water damage to the property, which required careful attention and expertise to restore the building to its original foundations with a modern internal upgrade. The scope included various lighting, painting, and flooring to create an attractive and functional space. The office space was designed to maximise productivity and comfort, with a focus on creating an environment that is conducive to work. Additionally, we addressed roofing issues to ensure the building was structurally sound and safe for use. The result is a space that is modern, bright, and welcoming, providing the team at Property Central Penrith with a professional and functional space to carry out their operations.
