Our building company recently completed a commercial make-good project at 19/23 Regatta Rd in Five Dock. The project involved restoring the property after the previous tenants vacated, which required extensive work to ensure the building was brought back to its original condition. Our team removed all the business and warehouse structures to create a clean and functional space. Our scope included, but were not limited to, roof works, removal of multiple spray booth, epoxy flooring, office refurbishment and fire compliance. Additionally, we created internal offices and a new kitchen area to provide a comfortable and practical workspace. We added glazing to allow natural light to flood the space and installed new paint and lighting fixtures to create a bright and modern environment. The end result is a space that is ready for the next tenant to move in and make it their own. We take great pride in the high-quality work we delivered on this project, and we are confident it will have a positive impact on the property's future use.
